Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. This includes all protective films, labels, and accessories that came with the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized phone cases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital content (e.g., wallpapers or design templates)

  • Items purchased on clearance or during final sales

We also do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, accidental damage, or improper handling.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item is not in its original condition (e.g., scratched, cracked, or missing parts not due to our error)

  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery

  • Packaging is missing or damaged in a way that affects resale value


Refunds

Exchanges
