This policy explains what information A1 Case collects when you visit a1case.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

  • Order information — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, so we can send you the case you bought and contact you about the order.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Payment information — card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. They are transmitted to Stripe and never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Usage information — standard web server logs, and analytics on which pages are viewed, so we can see what is working and what is broken.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, to respond when you contact us, to prevent fraud, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
  • Shipping carriers — your name and delivery address, so your order can be delivered.
  • Google — analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled.
  • Law enforcement — only where we are legally required to.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart and your login session working. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how people find and use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
