These terms apply when you use a1case.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. A1 Case is based at 1524 Shrewsbury Drive, Bensalem, PA 19020, United States.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because the item is out of stock, or a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Sales tax is applied where required. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us to sell at that price.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorised.

Delivery options, costs and timings are set out on our Shipping Information page. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product information
We describe our cases as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and protective performance depends on how a case is used, how it is fitted, and the surface a device lands on. No phone case can guarantee that a device will survive a drop.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The A1 Case name, logo, product designs, site content and photography belong to us. Product names belonging to other companies — including Apple, iPhone, Samsung and Google — are the trademarks of those companies and are used here only to describe device compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for damage to a device, for data loss, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order, shown at the top of this page.
