Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no additional handling fees.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you are outside the US and want a case, email us — we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day. Delivery estimates above start from dispatch, not from when you order.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking number when it ships. You can also check status any time from the Track Order page or from your account.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Weather, carrier backlogs and holiday volume can add days. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
